  • Our lash products are delicate and require careful handling. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur due to:
    • The use of hair glue or adhesive not specifically designed for lashes.
    • Exposure to extreme heat, humidity, or damp areas, which can affect the lash's shape and adhesive quality.

1. Processing Time:

  • Our handmade lash products are crafted with meticulous care and attention to detail to ensure the highest quality. Please be aware that processing time can take approximately 7-14 business days due to the high volume of orders and our commitment to delivering products of exceptional quality. Shorter processing times are available at checkout for a higher price .

2. Shipping Duration:

  • After the processing period, the shipping duration will depend on your selected shipping method:
    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is [7-14] business days.
